Bespoke Package

Just like our designs and engineering, we can tailor the scope of works to suit your individual requirements and project requirements, so you can balance the amount of works undertaken by yourself with your desired budget. We can give a separate price to supply materials instead of the full package. We have had previous clients as an example, who had relatives that are window fitters and thus want to complete these works themselves. Other clients have wished to install the electrics and plasterboard themselves to be able to move sockets and fittings once the Lodge is built and they confirm room layouts. This once again wasn’t a problem. Similarly, we can also include plaster skimming, 1st & 2nd fix electrics and 1st fix plumbing as an addition to Package 4. These can often be found to be cheaper when sourced locally, as skilled persons don’t have accommodation or travel costs involved. However if ease of build is your priority and you do not wish to liaise with different contractors we give you a price for these services so you can decide which scope of works you would like us to complete.

We are able to work to most budgets by tailoring the above packages to suit your specific requirements and budget by request. You will have support during the course of construction for advice or help once you become a client of Urban Marque Ltd.
