At Urban Marque, we believe that our customers should be able to order exactly what they want and not have to settle with “almost” what they really want. Flexibility, with attention to detail and cost is crucial in our book, so we offer several options to provide you with the home you have always wanted.

We have many fully engineered designs to choose from in our brochure, all of which have been designed for previous clients and have been fully engineered to comply with the UK Caravan Acts. These models show an indicative price guide based on our standard specifications to give you a starting point, with various route to builds available as we believe in being transparent with our pricing. You may choose to include some upgrades and we are quite happy to alter any of our models to meet your special instructions. You may wish to install a bi-fold door into an elevation to take advantage of a particular view, or perhaps you need to fit an office into the floor plan – it’s all do-able. If you want to extend the footprint of a standard model, that’s no problem either.

If you have your own idea or design – send a drawing or a basic sketch to us with the footprint dimensions along with window & door sizes & locations, roof type (eg flat or pitched), site location and we will generate a personalised quote for you. It doesn’t matter if your drawing is an architect’s design or a pencil sketch, we can generate a quotation based on this information. Our quotes are free of charge and you are under no obligation to proceed any further.

Once you become a client, we will generate a set of drawings for your new lodge unit consisting of floor-plan, section and elevation drawings for your approval prior to manufacture. We also include full site specific Structural Calculations and Metrological Reports as well as a 6 year structural warranty upon completion.
