Package 4 – Full Installation

We supply and install the external cladding from a range of options available ranging from top quality pine cladding (as a minimum all of our timber cladding is kiln dried and vac-vac treated) through to incredible long lasting dense hard wood timbers. There are several non-timber options we offer such as UrbanClad cement fibreboard cladding, available in a large range of colours and our increasingly popular value for money combination of cement board and our Urban Paint option creating a render effect.

Supply and Fit all external wall and ceiling insulation (floor cassette already insulated). We use a mixture of mineral wool and modern foil fitted by our recognised installers, ensuring the walls of your Luxury Lodge Home have a considerably better insulation value than is specified by BS3632:2023 as is detailed in your quotation. We also supply and fit mineral wool insulation with acoustic benefits throughout all internal walls to maximise comfort and the quality of the build. We can meet the demands of the UK Building Regulations by design where requested. This quality, specification and attention to detail is what sets us apart from our competitors.

Supply and Fit all plasterboard throughout the Lodge, ready for a plaster skim (please note the plumbing and electric first fix must be co-ordinated on site to be completed before these works are scheduled alternatively these works can be completed within our scope of works in addition to this package).

Supply and Fit all joinery including skirting boards, cill boards, architraves, internal doors and door furniture.
