Luxury Lodges
We refer to all our buildings that are designed for living as “Lodges” but they can also be called Granny Annexes, Log Cabins, Mobile Homes or Static Caravans. The fact is that they are all basically the same thing. The only difference is the quality. Urban Marque only design and manufacture top quality, made to order Lodges of distinction. All of our Lodge homes are fully engineered for their purpose taking into account the environment in which they will be sited. Each unit is supplied with site-specific structural calculations with metrological reports, full design drawings and proof of compliance with the Caravan Acts. All dwelling units exceed the basic requirements that must comply with BS3632:2023.
All Urban Marque quality homes are designed on a traditional timber frame house platform and although they comply with the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960, Caravan Sites Act 1968, and BS3632:2023 – they can even exceed all the compliance requirements of the latest UK Building Regulations for new houses by design.

Urban Marque offer a range of standard designs from small one bedroom mobile homes up to 5 bedrooms, all of which can be altered to suit your specific needs. We also offer a bespoke design service where we will quote you for your own design – just send us a sketch of your floorplan along with window and door locations (including dimensions for all), roof type (flat or pitched), site location for delivery calculation – and we do the rest!
