Package One: The Self-Build – We supply the structural kit to your site.  If you have experience or are lucky enough to know someone who has, we will supply all the drawings and layout details you need and can undertake erecting the lodge.

Included with all “Bare Bones” Kits and this package is the following:

  • All dimensioned and marked-up drawings for easy identification of the structural kit
  • Site Metrological Reports – showing previous weather patterns and expected loadings and pressures
  • Engineered Structural Calculations – site and design specific

  • Self Erecting Manual provided in conjunction with your design drawings

  • 6 Year Structural Warranty

  • Proof of Caravan Compliance documentation (if required)
