Financial Check

You can also investigate ours and the standing of others, by way of a credit check. Company credit checks are compiled by agencies and rated by them based on their activity and other general opinion of credit worthiness based on payment records to others. Companies such as Experian and Creditsafe will supply this information. We don’t use any credit accounts and pay for all materials on a pro forma basis. After all, if a company is held in high regard by its suppliers and customers your money will be safe and you have peace of mind, knowing you can rely on them to do a good job for you.

Urban Marque Ltd pride themselves with in-depth knowledge of construction, site management, wood science, the caravan acts and planning law—so it’s unlikely that we can’t answer your query immediately! We have a highly qualified independent planning consultant who will prepare a planning application or a Lawful Development Certificate (LDC) application for you. To date we have a 100% success rate.
