Our “Bare Bones” Self-Build option has been designed to allow access to an easy build route for our fully engineered Luxury Lodge Homes, that is great value for a self-build project. It includes the fully engineered Structural Kit, which allows you the buyer to complete your new lodge home to your exact specification using internal and external materials of your choice.

We offer a Price Match Guarantee on like for like quotations

Because our “Bare Bones” designs can comply with the Caravan Act requirements, planning permission is not required in many cases. No VAT is payable on this quality kit as it complies with VAT notice: 701/20 – so the price you see is the price you pay. These kits can also meet UK Building Regulations for New-build homes.
