We are certain that our Luxury Mobile Home and Garden Lodge flexible packages are among the very best available and our aim is to provide high-end quality mobile and log homes at prices that will meet most budgets and in order to achieve this we can offer the following options.
One: The Self-Build – we prefer to call it a self managed project that you control and supervise complete from start to finish. We supply the structural lodge home kit to your site and you have the option of us erecting it or you can undertake this part. The rest of the project is finishing works and you can undertake this element of a lodge or luxury park home yourself or call in your own sub-contractors as required.
Two: The Joint Build – we supply and erect the complete structural kit and supply the finishing components e.g. External Cladding, Roof Cover, Windows and Doors, Insulations and Plasterboards etc. You engage local electricians and plumbers and also have the option to complete some of the finishing works yourself if you wish.
Three: The Custom Build – we will supply and install as much or as little as you want us to do, working with you and others to get the project completed on time and on budget. We will supply you with a site programme and material quantities if you prefer to order your own materials.
Four: The Turn-key Build – we undertake the complete project from inception to completion and hand the completed building over to you on an appointed date.
At all times – you will have a dedicated project manager who you can contact anytime during the course of construction for advice or help at any stage once you become a client of URBAN MARQUE Ltd
